Grounds where kept clean, breakfast was warm. The hotel had a central location and it was an easy walk to Magog River Gorge. Enjoyed restaurants and pubs near to the property. It made my trip to Magog a such great experience.
The staff were poor, didn't expect that coming.

Best staff, friendly communication, prime location. The bed was nice and it was great having iron/ironing board and coffee. Loved free of charge breakfast. Restaurants and bars near it. Also, magog marine marina was not far away. Terrific service too.

It was an enjoyable stay. Complimentary breakfast and courteous staff. Absolutely superb view from the room, classic double room with balcony, iron and ironing board, and coffee. Great stay in this magnificent area. Service was personalised there.
